What drama just to get my service activated

What drama just to get my service activated. Received the Router and SIM and called the call centre, only for the agents to try and con me I to thinking that I should wait 24 hours. Needless to say I call back 24 hours later only to be given the same speech. Twice escalated now and still no service. Thinking of cancelling even before actually getting the service I paid for in advance.
