What billing am i paying for ?

Tell me why rain is billing me for services i haven’t used for over 2 months and they have proof since they even collected the router. What am i paying for?And i always paid in advance, how am i owing you again?Whose fault is it if you didn’t action the cancellation when I requested?

I paid in advance from day 1 and at the time where you “officially cancelled “ i wasnt using it already hence the early cancellation. Even the premium that was debited on the 25th of August was theft in my opinion as that thing of yours wasn’t working already. Im sure you do have those records. You are not getting another cent from me for no reason. Thanks bye
