WHAT A WASTE

I have had problems with rain, especially when I signed with them but this last month was the worst. I paid my account manually and was then double debited by them, I had my payment paid back to me 3 weeks later, so I still had a months payment owing to me. This month, they cut my service, said I owe nothing, then when I enquired, I suddenly owed a payment. Until I can find a similar wifi option available, DEFINITLY NOT, the same service, I will move. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, no matter how lovely their deals may look.
