What a turn around. Last week I wrote a review about poor customer service from rain. The customer service department still needs work as they did nothing to resolve my issues. Instead 3 people from sales helped me resolve 3 issues and got me signed up with a new smart router. This is synergy at its best and these are employees rain.co.za should be pushing to the forefront. A big Thanks to the following people Corbin Williams (team manager). Joshua (Sales Agent) Laetitia(Sales Agent). None of the work in customer Care but gave me the best Customer experience I have ever gotten from Rain.co.za. Again Thanks to you Corbin and your amazing team.
