What a service!!

I work from home and using Rain since Covid in 2020 with less issues as these usually gets resolved. I called 2 to 3 weeks ago, sent emails and getting told Support will call but that never happened. I pay for a service I'm no longer receiving, paying for 60Mbps i now receive less than 15Mbps during the day and at night it gets worse and you have the audacity to email about an increase for such a ****py connection. Just to think of it my router is mounted outside and i can't just imagine about those with indoor units. I wish there is a 0 star to rate your service.
