What a rip-off rain is!

Do not get this wifi network, it is !!! I’ve had rain for about 3/4 years and on the first few months I did have a bit of network problems but once they fixed them it was the best Wi-Fi network. Until I cancelled,they debited my account and the month after they had collected their router and everything was cancelled they debited again! For what?! What a bad company! I want my money back!
