What a Rainny daty

i called Rain, on the 2nd of may 2024, as when i tried to make payment on the app as it stated that my account was upto date, the agent confirm with me on the recorded line that i did no owe anything as on january i paid 2wice , Rain proceeded and confirmed this with below email ,

As we discussed, you want to know about the payment. As we can see in our system your account is normal. Your payment date is the 25th of each month. your next invoice will be generated on your billing date.
