What a joke my darling.

I have been using rain for quite some time now. I was happy with the network before. I was getting value for money, though their customer service was appalling but I held on because they were really competitively priced, and once my sim was working, It really worked. NOW, the customer service has really improved. Calls are logged easily, the consultants are friendly and really helpful... BUT THE PRODUCT!!!

I am on an uncapped package for my cellphone and the connectivity is just really **** (that's the most diplomatic word I can use). I was told that I need to do network optimization every time I struggle with connectivity because for some reason unknown to man, my phone is connecting to a distant tower. Sad story is that, even when I'm connected to the closest tower to me... My phone always doesn't have internet connectivity. they even sent me a new simcard. But my problem still persists. Imagine being told that tall buildings can sometimes interfere with my connectivity. So, Rain will only work if I'm standing next to the tower that I'm connected to? WOW, hahahahahaha, What a joke my darling.

I now have to purchase data for my other sim card in order to get internet... Even though I am paying for this Rain situation.

I'm tired, I'm leaving rain.
