What a disgusting internet provider

Rain has poor customer service. Well its non-existent. I activated my sim 3 days ago, but there is no service at all, I sent 3 tickets and sent messages on Facebook and tried to call(it just says there is none one working there) I also had to pay twice just to activate the sim to which I am still waiting. I cant believe not one person even bothered to contact me.
