What a disaster company
Since porting my telkom numbers to rain I've been having endless problems. That free things are not worth the headache. I dont receive all my sms's, otps are not coming through and I can only make calls when rain decides to connect that call. I hate rain and this whole experience. Its selective and frustrating. I now have to spend money on 2 sim cards as I'm porting back to telkom .

I will be changing networks because it doesnt seem like you guys have the infrastructure for all of this. It's too much for you to handle

You guys have literally made my life hell. I feel like crying because I'm so angry. Disgusting service from your part.
