What a disappointment

Yes I really wish there was not even an option for a star because i didn't even want to put it. First of all delivery take place in between 3-5 days but for me I complained in the first week and I have been told that the problem was fixed but until today it's the 2nd week ,,seriously 2weeks for a sim card to be delivered I was that I will receive an SMS for my order number and call for delivery updates but I received noone of the 2 and I can't even trace it yet they said I will start paying on the 1st and today is Friday 29th and the 1st will be Monday yet I haven't received the order I'm just wondering how on earth or what exactly is your plan because I'm not looking forward for any of my money taken with you guys without my order received let alone if it will be working well as almost everyone here is complaining...well for anyone out there looking for a wifi provider don't even bother this one you don't wanna go through all the frustrations and blaming myself as I'm doing ...this people have poor service and all my emails now are not even being rep**** imagine being kept in the dark like this..guys I'm so annoyed and frustrated next time I will review everything before any payment made
