I cancelled with rain. Yet I am now up to R1569.37 "behind"in payments. Only for it to go up next month. I have cancelled with rain but yet you still want to deduct my money.
Your service is cancelled. But just like your support tickets, the many that I have opened regarding bad service and speeds not even up to 1mbps, the tickets just go lie in the deepest darkest hole to never be seen again.
I tried contacting you, but you never rep****. Then I request a cancellation but Nothing happened.
Rain, you are 100% the worst ISP there could be. Quick and easy to sign people up for this **** you call internet service and then if they have issues , you disappear.
Not fair. not how yo do business.
I am never ever ever paying for internet I did not use. I cancelled. And before that opened ticket after ticket for support. But it seems you dont even have customer service/helpdesk employees. either that or they are completely useless like the internet you provide.

A few minutes ago 15;45pm roughly, someone from you guys call me asking me when you can expect payment.
And she denies that anyone has called me.
So what now?

Again you email me , again you try sms me BILLING ME. Threatening with collections ETC.
