WE'RE HERE TO MESS YOU AROUND

I reserve all my rights in it's entirety This company is one of the most unhelpful companies ever, and dealing with the call center, I believe, can only be described as a total failure to this business, OUR calls were logged because each time we speak to another call center agent they verify a call had been logged. The call center agents are not well versed, they are rude and have no idea what is actually happening with in the company. Any consumer should be allowed to be in touch with either the CEO or MD of the company or their secretaries . There is just no help beyond the call center . From the 08th May 2023 up to today 13/06/2023 still NO service . RAIN your slogan "WE'RE HERE TO HELP" is certainly false advertising. If payment is late disconnection is immediate . Now you are late !!!! We need a credit. Lost business for us in 3 days amounts to a large sum of money !! we are on to you RAIN
