"We're here to help ", but doesn't.
Now more than six weeks since I opened a ticket. After repeated emails from me, I received a call and my problem was "escalated". But that was over three weeks ago, with further emails from me. But total silence from Rain.
Good at repeating "We're here to help", but not at actually fixing a problem. A problem that Rain's website claims isn't one. (4g LTE phone without VoLTE not a problem if raintalk app is used.)

30 Oct 2024, 12:39Were now going from bad to worse. I received a call, but was unable to answer it. Simple finger trouble. But do you think the caller would have the sense to immediately try again? Nah.
I then got an email. With the same reference number of over two months. But the writer had absolutely no knowledge of the history. Had the nerve to c&p instructions to check if the problem phone/SIM was 4g !!! Really?! Please don't allow *********** socalled "Support" staff to get involved. Find someone who will read the extensive history, from the original ticket in August, through numerous emails and a 40 min call, and it's then "escalation" of weeks ago.

But Rain claims that this is not a problem if raintalk is the phone app. Which it is. I have been told at least twice that this has been "escalated", but with no solution. Just talk. If this was (say) MTN, I could walk into an MTN store with my phone and get help. But Rain claims to be a competitor?!
