We're escalating the matter....

After making a mistake with the Rica process, this company is refusing to refund me. There is no way to fix the problem, their call center is non operational (due to COVID-19, even though we're on level 2) and there isn't even help available via email. Their Facebook messenger is being run by idiots who promise to escalate the matter, but nothing is happening. I would not recommend them to anyone. 0/10
