Well I have posted and complained to Rain, phoning and online, up to now, they haven't even bothered to try and fix the problem. I am tired of phoning all the time just to hear the same apologies over and over. This is the reference I used the last time I posted. It just can't carry on like this. If you apply for a new device they will come out as fast as lightening, reeling in new customers, bit they don't care one bit for their existing customers. I am done now.
