Well i contacted them so they can check if i had coverage and was assured that their router would work

Well i contacted them so they can check if i had coverage and was assured that their router would work. Took two weeks to get the delivery,when i finally did the router didn't work. I called,emailed and tried to reach support to no avail. Its been almost a week now since they said they will call to finalize my cancelation. They don't take customers serious and not even considerate. Would never recommend anyone to get Rain never
