Well done on the improvement - I'm a happy customer
I honestly had a terrible first experience with RAIN, but they've drastically improved and deserve credit for that. Customer service and Internet speed has increased ten fold for me. Not 5 stars yet because they still have a few hiccups on the billing side (They don't take my money lol) other than that, 400mbps for R999/pm is certainly worth recommending.
