Well done on NOT losing a customer 👏.

I recently rated Rain 1 star due to poor customer service. But 1 consultant named Sakhile called me yesterday and helped me out and managed to find out the problem I was having. It's way better dealing with the agents from SA instead of the ones from India. Many thanks again. So I have changed my rating to a 5 star all because 1 of good consultant who made a difference in my 1 week ordeal.
