Well done for the great service!
I am impressed with the service I have been getting from this company. I activated my simcard on 15 October 2020 and on 01 November 2020, I was charged only half of R479. The transaction to the next month was smooth and when I sent a request to downgrade to the R250 package on 01 Feb 2021, I was allowed to enjoy the benefits of the R479 deal until the R250 pacakge kicked in. My experience with other service providers hasn't been so seamless.
