I received my sim cards last month already but I can’t make calls and unfortunately there is no way you can contact rain. You log a ticket on the App but no one cares about that and no feedback is ever provided. How can a Network company not be reachable? Must one write a bad review on this platform every time when requiring assistance? Your service is nonexistence, I can’t even compare if to the Government service, at least they are reachable. Can I have this matter resolved ASAP
