welcome to internet hell with Rain

don't even look at getting Rain. The worst service I've ever had, no customer care at all. Empy promises when it comes to Internet speeds, over 1000ms latency which is quite frankly a joke and like me giving you 1 star when we all know it should be 0.

Many of your customers are reliant on your service to eek out a living and yet all you can muster is some generic regurgitated auto response (see below)
