Weeks later, Sim card still not RICA'ed
If I knew it would take so long just to RICA my sim-card, seriously I would have looked the other way. RAIN has conveniently placed payment before service to lock you out of options. I have contacted support and didnt get joy there? I have written a review here and Fattima responded; quite clearly that didnt work. Can I just have my sim card rica'ed? I didnt imagine this was too much to ask.
