Week o 24/7 sim card still not active - no response from helpdesk
I have been sorted with the previous request , thanks but now I have the sim card that was supposed to be active 2 hours after delivery by RAM , a week on trying to reach the rain support, no response. Can the helpdesk assist on activating my 24/7 sim card plan as this is frustrating to keep on trying to reach out and no response or acknowledgement of the query with helpdesk.
