Weather forecast is more reliable than Rain

Pathetic! Speeds drop to 0.3 MBPS regularly. It is supposed to be uncapped but I am sure they choke the **** out of your speed if you use too much so what is the point? Totally unreliable. Don't waste your time

Hi Yeoline, the email address is ***. We have already reported the problem to customer services and all they did was ask us to move the router around to different locations. The problem is not the signal strength - most of the time the router shows at least 4 out of 5 bars. The problem is that Rain seems to be choking the bandwidth.
