We so badly wish we ...

We so badly wish we could rate their service LOWER than a 1, as they don't even deserve half a star!! We lost our sim,bought a new one so that we could do a sim swop.. we were then informed we need to order a new one and they will send it via Ram.. It's been 2.5 weeks, there has been 17 emails. No delivers. Every 3rd day we get a email from RAM saying they are delivering that day, EVERYTIME it's the wrong adres, the new adres has been given over and over and over and over, it's has been emailed, it has been called in but CLEARLY the people at RAIN can not communicate with each other or other companies!!!!! You guys don't understand what we are going thru, my husband has lost his job but he can't even look for a new job as we have no data!!!! We paid for this month, our last money as we need data to look for work and already it's time again for the next payment!!!! We can not even ask anyone for money AGAIN to buy airtime to call or data to email them!!! PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!!!! SEND ALL YOUR PEOPLE ON A COMMUNICATE,READING AND LISTENING COURSE!!!!!!!
