We purchased the new rain router 101 that gave us a problem from the start since we got it due to network issues and everytime we contacted support the lady's on the call would insist its the network yet we could tell that it had a funtional issue... however when we finally decided that we gonna cancel it and buy a new 1 since the lady's were telling us its just a network issue we were transferred to one of the Supervisors by the name Mikhail who went above and beyond to assist us with replacing the router and he made it quick and simple just a day after communicating with him the following day we received a new router and he even followed up with us to check how its functioning. We are very thankful for his assistance and we hope others get the same exceptional service as we did.
