We must get fired first

I placed an order of a 5g router last week 4th of April to this day I did not receive it this was for work purposes and only to call today and get an agent that tells me I need to wait till end of the he week to receive it must I be fired before I can get my router that I have paid for delivered to me I want this soughted today
