We have been without internet signal for more than 24 hours

We have been without internet signal for more than 24 hours. We have been trying to get hold of the service provider numerous times and eventually a friend informed us now that Rain is aware of the problem but their technically department is not working over weekends. I feel I am paying for a services they suppose to provide! They don't even have the decency to call you back after you request a callback numerous times! I rate them 0 out of 10.
