We have been struggling with our internet connection tried to call several times no one was willing to help they said they don't know what to do in our situation because on their side it shows our wifi connection is working but on our side it was offline . Mr Sake was then willing to help ,he took us step by step through their processes finally we received the help that we needed .we are now awaiting our simcard then hopefully we will be connected
