Watch out for RAIN Internet Service provider!

5G?? Worse I ever had! First RAIN connected me to a tower more than 300km AWAY, while I was l500m away from the nearest tower! No service:cannot speak to someone for assistance - only email. Ultimately absolutely terrible service with no joy received. When I requested it to be cancelled - they could not even keep to their own time line! They promised a refund! Been waiting for more than 3 months - nothing! (after many engagements)
