Waste of your money and time

i am not sure why i am even surprised.... Again 2mb download speed and no upload speed.... I have tried calling AGAIN and was on hold for 45 MINUTES!!!!! Cant even run a diagnostic... Will defiantly not recommend rain to anyone and moving to a new service provider...
