Waste of time

Worse service ever. Rain data just cuts me off. Has been 3 weeks and still the same problem. Called in from the 09 11.2019 until 10.11.2019. Still have the same problem. What's the point of being on the the phone with rain agents for more than 55 min in total and waiting period of 10 min before an agent answer the call. But also with no help. Emailing me the same steps I need to follow. Still waits on agent to call me back. Waste of airtime and time
