Waste of time and money.

I'm deeply unsatisfied with this service. When signing up, the lady I dealt with went to great lengths to verify that I would be within signal range. I bought a nice modem, plugged the SIM in and had no connection. When I phoned tech support I was informed that actually I'm just out of range.

Would have been nice to know before signing up and buying a modem. Hopefully my refund is coming soon.

All I'm saying is definitely make sure you're actually within their apparently very limited range before signing up.
