Waste of money!

I've been using the Rain unlimited option for 479pm. Half the time i have no network as it will drop network connectivity every 5 minutes. Of recent I've had another issue where the device has signal but I have not had any internet access through rain for the last 6 days. I've probably logged a total of 3 tickets during this time and have still not received a response from any support. Don't waste your money on their service. It really isn't worth it!
