Waste No Time and Money on Rain Network !!!! !!!

I was offline for 3 days and Rain confirmed that they will debit my instalment less the amount of days I was offline for but as usual they debited the full instalment of R700. Now I am experiencing low internet speeds for two days in a row. I’m paying for 50mbps but I hardly get more than 4mbps. We are getting ********** and no one can help us customers especially dealing with such service providers. Their Ads are false, speeds are very poor, service is before trash, in fact it’s totally a waste of money and time dealing with Rain. Our area has no internet fibre, if we had, I was not gonna bother mi’self with Rain period. What internet service provider is this, we game online, your APN is restricted but we still bare with you but these low speeds must be addressed and we tired of calling for one thing over n over. We buy airtime to call rain for their messed up service, imagine that, ain’t that a rip-off. Streaming via Rain network doesn’t work, gaming is useless with Rain. Please help, anyone.
