Warrantee Complain.

Good Day. The router that I bought from rain stopped working after 8 Months of purchase. When I bought the device, they assured me that I will have a one-year warrantee on my 4G device. I activated my warrantee after the one I have stopped working, that I need a new device or they should fix my current device. They keep on taking me up and down and giving me countless excuses after excuses. I can safely say I have experienced the worst service from rain. All I need is another 4G device and if they don’t have it. Please compensate me so that i can by another device. (***) this is my reference number please assist me.
