WARNING: DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I cant believe how I have to write yet another bad review for this **** company after having written another one just 2 weeks ago. Your consultants are absolute *******. I made a payment for my internet on Friday, loaded my card number and proceeded to approve the transaction on my app. Clicked on submit on the rain website and it gave me a "screen timeout" error yet the money left my account. I called my bank and they advised the money has left my account and that rain need to release it or do their banking in order for it to reflect against my name. I have called multiple times explaining the situation to their USELESS call center staff only to be put on hold multiple times & have them put the phone down on my ear by Keke. I am still without internet and I sent them proof that the money has left my account, still no one is able to escalate or assist with this problem. The bank even provided me with an authorization code to issue to them to release the transaction. I am so fed up with this company and want to cancel this service. I URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING RAIN TO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. RATHER GO TO SUPERSONIC
