Want to cancel one Sim

I wanted to upgrade my option could not find the tab on their website and end up ordering the new Sim. I canceled one Sim online, it stated that the Sim will be canceled end of this month. Now its still showing that two sims are active. Trying to contact them no one is coming back to me. The worse thing is the is no contact number to call them
