Want my money!!!
We have an email that states the service is cancelled last year October and you still deduct money from my account. You sent Ram to come and collect your router and promised all the money that was deduct from my account will be refunded back to me but instead you still on taking my money. I have tried calling a number of times with no luck even sent emails. I think I will be taking this matter up with the ombudsman

02 Feb 2022, 20:19I'm getting emails that the matter has been resolved, there is money that was taken in December and November when I already cancelled your services. When are you refunding that money cause I was only told about the one you deducted in January. Will be awaiting your respond
