this company does not deserve any star, they are ********, taking money from peoples account even when called in to cancel services. i did not have the 4g device, so i called in wanting to cancel, but the person i spoke to told me they will remover the off pick and will charge for usage, if they do i must call in for refund. called in poor service. i want my money back from these ******** posing as cheap internet service. their agent gives an email address no one attends to to send proof.
