Want a refund for loss of income!!!

I’m so angry I should calm down before writing a review. Our internet has literally been going on and off for 2 weeks now. So I literally can’t run my business. I do online workshops and it keeps cutting out. When we joined with them we literally had fast internet speeds we had no issues at all- now we can’t even do one Zoom call without it cutting out. We are paying full price for internet and I’m having to cancel and postpone workshops which means I am losing money.

I wish there was a way to be refunded from Rain for our loss of income! This is seriously shocking service!!!
