WAITING WELL OVER A MONTH TO GET MY ACCOUNT CANCELLED!!!

Most Definitely the worst Customer Service I Have ever experienced!!!

After Countless Efforts (Since January 2022) to try and Cancel my Rain Internet account, Rain still has not come back to me and Cancelled my Account. I have called the support line numerous times, sent emails, and even tried to cancel my account with them through their absolutely terrible Online Website process. Charlotte Lottering is possibly the worlds worst email responder I have ever come across. I cannot believe that my account still has not been stopped/cancelled since trying for well over a month now.

I will NEVER EVER Recommend Anyone to use Rain as an ISP. These guys are absolutely terrible, and I cant stress it enough that NO ONE should use them for Internet solutions.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 5 STAR REVIEW. TERRIBLE!!!!
