Waiting till kingdom come... Rain is nowhere to be found.

I was truly excited to think I have reached the solution to my internet problems. The two things they are good at, taking your money and replying with a pre-set email, when complaining. The issue with Rain is there is no customer service. They have been getting back to me since Monday, its Thursday and nothing still, only a message to say, Hang in there support will be with you in 24 hours. Well it has been 72 hours already and no communication. My sim has been delivered, and Rica according to the website small print, and now it is a game of wait... wait to activate. I'm truly appalled by this lack of service, you are really messing up big time Rain. A piece of advice, get yourself a call-center that can assist clients to activate their service and complain to someone if there is issues, Computers can't deal with humans. Unfortunately your customers are all human and not going to tolerate this for long.
