WAITING ON REFUND FOR 6 MONTHS AND STILL NOW ANSWER
A RAIN box was delivered after the payment of R499 was made for my internet use but discovered that I am not able to get signal anywhere in the house. I then instructed RAIN to please come and fetch their box and refund me as per their policy. My reference number to come and collect their device are *** ~ 11 April 2022 and *** ~ 20 April 2022 They eventually came on 5 May 2022 after several phone calls but still waiting on my refund since April 2022 Collection receipt by RAM is COL***6 Sorry to say RAIN...but your service sucks...not one phone call, not one email from you since you collected your device

27 Sept 2022, 13:50Hi RAIN you insist that you have refunded me on 24th May...and that it takes 7-10 working days...plse be so kind and send POP...on the other hand I am more than willing to fwd you my bank statement from 1st of May - 30 June with no refund as per your claim...or do you maybe want to change your date..?
