Waiting more than 5 business days

I need help ASAP. It seems the appointed courier company has no idea what they're doing. They sent me an email and text stating that they will arrive on the 12th October 2021 between 12-4pm. Then they arrive at 9:40am while I was at work. I took a half day from work to wait for this delivery and this is the nonsense I get. Please if this can't be sorted by close of business I'd like a refund please.
