Waiting for refund no more than 3 months.

They phone me and told me they will do a refund as soon as they pick up the old router from me.Its been picked up on the 13 May 2025 .By CCD Couriers at 12h15.61 xxrnc453520.Today is the 18 May 2025.Still there is no respons or any email or phone call I email them.Its now more thanv3 months.Do you call this customer service. I am waiting for my refund. R1914.03.I did send them the proof of deductions as well.This is really so bad.You quietly to deducted the money and nothing else is going on. Is there any customer service available in this country. If you do not have customers you do not have a business. The customer pay your salary.

It's 3 already. No contact or feedback from Rain.Still waiting for my refund. It now 3 months already and still struggling with Rain.I think it's time to ad 3 months interest as well.The moment the customer pay late they put interest .The interest rate is 7.5%.The amount Rain owns me is R1754.03 + interest 7.5% ×3 R394 .65= R2148.68
