Waiting for refund.
After going back and forth with Rain SA for 3 weeks,they discovered that indeed my account was not a postpaid account and they apologized for that. They told me that they gonna refund my money as soon they have collected their router. The router was collected today and I'm expecting my refund as soon I received the refund I will give the feedback. I'm still hurt and disappointed this whole thing shouldn't have gone this far if knew their job.
