Waiting for my money

Rain service is really poor, they are quick to take your money but to refund your money back to your account, they take their time like ive been waiting 3 -4 months now to get my money back from them, where ive received a confirmation of refund on 17 nov 2021, so they say it takes 7-10 working days to reflect in my account and nothing ive contacted support so many times i dont get any feedback from them.
