Waiting 3 Weeks for my sim card

Placed an order for my sim card on the 22nd December. They state it take 3-5 days for delivery, however, due to the public holidays i was told latest delivery will be Tuesday 3rd January but they have been a no show.

I have sent numerous emails and twice i was told my query is with the logistics team and somebody will contact me but nobody ever does.
